I have noticed that from most of Outfits packs available, once offer passed, didn’t return their outfit parts on the gem store.

For example, Crystal Arbiter Appearance Pack, Winter Solstice Appearance Pack and finally Bandit Sniper Appearance Pack.

Why are these oufits not released after bundle(pack) sale ends?

If I remember correctly, Sniper was there recently. Winter was for Wintersday, so I expect it’ll be back for Christmas. Arbiter… don’t remember that one.

Sniper was only in bundle I couldn’t go with 2k rly :P Im looking offers for 800gems, and they are unlikely to return based by what we seen they do with packs.

Bandit Sniper Appearance Pack was never a separate outfit, unfortunately. the others were, and will probably return as such in time. still wish they’d separate the bandit outfit though.

You want to say Bandit Sniper’s Outfit is unlikely to return at all, even with bundle? I dont think so. It was only once on market if I can recall.

oh no, I’m pretty sure it’ll return, things tend to return to the gem store. I just wished that when it does return it comes as both the pack and a separate outfit. I fail at typing today, so it probably didn’t come across like that though

Everything in the gem shop returns eventually. ANet almost never comments on “when” that might be.
