Sorry I didn’t know where to post this (new to the game) How come the raiment of the lich and witch’s outfit isn’t available in store?

Some outfits come and go or are based on the seasons. For example, the Mad King’s outfit is only available around Halloween.

They’re holiday (Halloween) themed ones. They’ll probably be back this Halloween.

Those usually come out around Halloween.
