Previously, I have those town outfits such as quaggan hat (Pink and blue) as well as the rider’s set where you get to ride the broom.

How can you access this?
Or are they lost forever without refunds?

Talk to the armorsmith NPC next to any trading post NPC.

Like i went to the one in genderran fields but there isnt any armorsmith NPC next to any trading post NPC

You need to go to one in a major city, like Hoelbrak or DR.

There’s only that 1 armor NPC next to the trading post NPC and his name is ‘Black Lion Trader [Armorsmith]’

Do you mean this one?
(I went to the one in Divinity’s Reach)

And when I talk to him it says
‘The content has been temporarily disabled, please try again later’ -_-

They said it’s only to correct a bug. I doubt it’s anything like you mentioned, even if I myself hoped for it.

Yes, it’s just there have been bugs and they disabled the trader. No word on how long, but it’s been all day.
