Though where a nightmare to play vs just one person using it could lock up soo many ppl when you had a zurg using them it was just sad.
Ya seems like a realty good one this time arone soo much was added how can they do this for free. I just hope it dose not take a day to update once it goes live.

The gears were definately one of them. There were other ‘consumables’ too that are now banned from WvW. The pirate leg I believe was one of them.

Anything bought from Karma vendors, I reckon. Like there are consumable stat buffs in the Norn starting area that a lot of people abused.

I hope i can still use my karma rings and trinkets and stuff.

Agreed, the patch looks good. The fixes to the loot system look promising, though only testing will tell. I particularly like this one…provided the rewards are worthwhile…
- Fixed a bug on certain world boss chests that was causing them to drop fewer rewards than intended. These chests can now only be looted once per day, to encourage players to fight multiple bosses and spread out across the world.
Hopefully it’ll have the intended effect and prevent a bit of the boss camping that is prevalent in this game…again…as long as the rewards are worthwhile…otherwise, it’s just another loot nerf.
I would have liked to see more buffs to weaker/caster professions, but we’ll see how well it works with the supposedly improved rewards. Hopefully it balances the rewards and doesn’t just increase it for everyone since that would still be a terrible profession imbalance.
Yeah, it’s a great patch but it’s missing one thing…

Another way to obtain legendary precursors is always welcome! Even if the drop rate is low or if the guild events are really hard, at least prices will fall

yeah, these last two patches certainly feels like expansion worth of content…
Quite a few bug fixes there which is very good news. On the other hand, I didn’t see anything about fixing that awful right-click targeting nonsense…

Not anymore. The changes to Omnomberry Pies/Ghosts will be a huge nerf to Warriors in PvE, without any form of compensation to our PvP capabilities. Pies/ghosts will be as worthless as Sigil of Blood. Hooray.
But I guess the three most overpowered PvP professions needed it more. Fair is fair.

Has the patch gone live yet? Everyone is talking like it has, and of course the patch notes have been posted, but my game client hasn’t downloaded any new updates yet. Maybe they just haven’t updated every server yet…?

Nope, no update yet for me either. I’ve just logged in to the game again. Hardly anybody about and the TP is dead in the water but apart from that all looks normal

And I bet my kitten on it that the new portal mechanic will be bugged as hell. “Oh, there was a small step blocking the way, forget your portal and die.”
Edit: my bad. I think I understood it wrong. I thought that there is no obstruction between entry and exit portal allowed. Mea culpa.

As far as I see it, the gap is getting bigger and bigger.
Transmuted items can now be dyed back to their original colors.

Meaning Ascended items that have ALL the stats on them. Not ever single Ascended item. As far as I see it, the reading comprehension is getting worse and worse.
