This. Orr over those three zones is supposed to be constant ebb and flow of war against the Risen. It’s not going to be a walk through a field of daisies.

More like a slog through enemy filled territory.
A slow, crippled, pulling, chilled, occasionally feared slog through enemy-respawns-in-roughly-four-seconds-after-death-and-also-5-veterans-guard-temples-held-by-them-so-have-fun-getting-that-SP territory.

Yes, I do realize that, hence I said I appreciate the chaotic setting. I only mentioned the contested waypoints to bring home the fact that there is a lot of running to do and ultimately come around to my issue with the densely packed monsters with the crazy spawn rate and snares. There are now skill points that I can’t solo and I didn’t run into that til I started those maps.
I’ve not really noticed a problem with the respawn rates. I often fight my way through an area if I can, as running can often lead to attracting a lot of unwanted attention.
