Please, in then name of all that is holy, shrink the collar on the Ceremonial Plated Outfit! Make it close & high, not big & wide. He looks like he’s wearing a dog cone!

I would totally buy this without the clown collar, but right now, it’s a deal breaker. I doubt the silly huge fan is going to be a big draw to players. Just make it extend from the neck by just a few inches or so. It’s just silly.

I’m not really drawn back because of the collar.

I like it, but i don’t like it being an Outfit.. i could’ve experimented with it alot and made a cool looking set out of it!

Someone at Anet is bent on making our character look fatter than they really are.

Another victim of Anet’s weird obsession with oversized pauldrons. I actually like the outfit. It reminds me of something from TES: Oblivion. It’s just a tragedy that it comes with the collar and the ridiculous shoulderplates.

I like the outfit, I actually got gems to buy it when it was released after the first leaked pics… but that neck thing and the puffy sleeve are deal breakers for me…. so I guess I’ll just save the gems for some other day.

If it weren’t an outfit, I might have considered getting it for using various bits of it. But I don’t like it as a whole. I don’t even like outfits as a concept.

Ugh.. yeah too late. Collar is idiotic. Outfit rather than Armor skin is the 2nd deal breaker. No thanks.

Have to agree, that collar should get fixed somwhow, its clipping into the head when you move your character and thats surely something that can’t have been overseen when testing that outfit out …

If find it good if they fix the whole poutfit just by either completely removing the collor, or reducing its size by 50%, so that it con’t clip into the head anymore when moving your character.

yup this^
they’d make a ton of cash if they took the short time it would take to split outfits in to separate parts.
i can’t think of a single outfit that doesn’t have parts i’d want,
while also there is no complete outfit that i want.

c’mon anet you’re missing out on cash!

I love the collar. The shoulders are a bit out there, but the collar is perfectly Elizabethan. It’s like petals around my sylvaris’ heads, too.

I’ll have to see this on different races / sexes. But if they all have those humongous shoulders, forget it. So tired of giant floating shoulders and trenchcoats.

The only problem i have with the outfit is that the collar clips through characters with long hair. The hair goes right through it. XD.

Incidentally, every MMO I play seems to have an obsession with making oversized shoulder items, or having a shoulder piece only go on one side, thereby bugging the hell out of us people who want symmetry. T_T

I don’t know what it is about shoulders. Maybe it’s a lot of the same artists.
