There is some confusion in game. Some people think that we will not get the new elite specializations this weekend to preview and that they come next weekend……can anyone confirm?

Yes ES next week, this weekend is just for limited landmass exploration

it does say:

On August 18 through August 20, you’ll be able to experience the new elite specializations for the first time in PvP and WvW.

Seems strange that they’re putting an emphasis on PvP and WvW so maybe this weeked in PvE, who knows

That’s why I was confused. It doesn’t make sense that we wouldn’t be able to preview the elite specs this weekend

I could be wrong, but I was under the impression (after watching WP or another youtuber, I can’t remember where) that we would be able to preview the elite specs this weekend…just not in pvp or wvw yet.
