PS unfinished 80s (key farm)
I don’t know if this was intended, but the last time I did the Battle of Claw Island was after the patch and there weren’t any guards engaging the undead near the lady you have to revive. It was horribly tedious to kill wave after wave and hope I have enough time to channel the rez for a few seconds before running out to heal after taking aoe poison damage (that hurts a LOT) and constantly respawning undead beating on me. If this is the new constant, avoid BoCI at all costs.
Well, I’ve heard that with crafting to level 10 you can do a key farm from start to finish in about 30 minutes. Then delete and repeat. How long does it take for you to work your level 80s through the personal story to get to a key?
ANet may give it to you.
TBH if you just want keys do the reroll of new alts then delete. But if you are going to finish the story on that char for achieves or extra pact skins/world completes for more legendary mats then continue on with that char and just have another char slot spare to run keys the other way. This is what I do.

This has happened for me as well on at least 3-4 alts. Now for 8 of my 9 chars that I have done PS with they were using PVT gear so you can imagine they kill slow, this was VERY annoying due to that fact. But if you go zerker, surprise, surprise you find its very face roll easy…..

PvT? And no, it isn’t easy as a zerker. Why? The undead endlessly spawn and you are trying to rez an npc from fully dead. Doing this on my elementalist time consuming. Sure, I could blast the undead, but more would just appear. No npcs were there to take aggro so I had to get beat on to rez this npc. Elementalists are frail, especially in leveling gear. It took me way too long to clear this phase that usually takes no time at all.
They may have changed it in the patch but I’ve found the trick in reviving her is to give the pack of Risen a wide berth and drop over the wall by her to do the rez. Then only a couple of Risen come over at a time, and there are fish heads to dodge.
But if you are doing that and the whole swarm of Risen is leaping at you due to nothing distracting them, then ouch.

Yeah, she’s not there anymore. Now her body is IN the middle of that group of risen. There’s no safe place to revive her anymore, and the risen never stop spawning. It’s been this way the last two times I’ve done Claw Island.
Just did claw island on my ranger and had no problems revising her all i did it was kill the few risen that where there i killed and it was smooth sailing from there.
