I have been playing this game almost consistently since the pre-release. I have always wanted more information to be shown when you hold ALT to view the character nameplates around you. Today, you finally add more to the nameplate. Although, it saddens me that you decide to add PVP relevant information across the entire game rather than in the zones that are tied to it.

I love to PVP, and I think these changes are, for the most part, awesome. I hope some consideration goes into revamping the nameplates display.

It would be nice if it changed based on the zones you are in. I think it would be beneficial also to consider allowing us to customize one spot on our nameplate to show what we want? If anything, just put it back to normal please.

Agreed. I love to PvP as well, and it’s nice that PvPers can get recognition out of PvP modes.

While I don’t mind it displaying across all zones, considering that its only going to be in game for the duration of PvP seasons, it would be nice if there was something similar for both PvE and WvW. Maybe get a special badge if you clear a raid wing, or if you hit a certain rank in WvW. Theres no reason why a system like this that is in game should be confined to just one game mode.

This x100. Not all of the tiny little undocumented changes should be in patch notes, but things like new legendary effects, the UI changes, more rewards from magnus falls events, and the new craftable ascended amulet are all noteworthy of being in the patch notes. I shouldn’t have to go hunting on the subreddit for the full picture.

Well I only WvW, and it saddens me that my rank is not displayed to those on my side around me, yet I get to see these ugly yellow boxes in WvW. Thanks ANET, once again, I guess needed to be reminded that I am not your target audience.

It is bad enough they get a PvP bonus almost every weekend. It is bad enough that I must see your advertisements on all my loading screens, but this just takes the cake for me. Guess I’m off to play something else until us WvWer are treated less like garbage.
