There have been times where I left group , then for one reason or another wanted to go back and look at party chat. Ut oh can’t . Hmm. Regular chat and whisper don’t disappear on leaving a grp. Just seems odd that party chat would.

Is there some sort of game memory problem that can’t handle extended periods of logged party chat lol ?

I’ve wondered about that too. Possibly it’s some kind of security thing, although it seems over-zealous as you’ve already seen the chat up to the point you left the party. No harm leaving it there. But who knows.

It does seem pretty bizarre. I have wanted to look back party chat too and find it erased off the chat log. It is annoying.

Yeah, it’d be nice if party chat stayed once you left the party. I can’t see any reason to kill the entire log.
