That’s because, deep in your heart, you don’t like your party members. The game knows that… oO

It’s not on any PvE maps right now. Just Heart of the Mists. So we have the same problems with partying and full maps that we’ve had. Nothing’s changed.

Actually, I thought they were adding the mega server to the pvp lobby and to low population maps.

The patch notes state that the MegaServer has only been implemented in the PvP Lobby as of now.

’This new system will first be enabled in the Heart of the Mists and then progressively rolled out to the rest of the open world, starting with the less populated areas.

The order as well as the speed of the rollout may differ from what was previously announced in the original blog post, as we are adjusting our plans after further testing. It might continue to evolve during the process as we collect data and adjust accordingly.

No the mega server was also active in Rata Sum.

Felt weird to see Rata Sum so packed!!

Maybe all towns as well?

How can you tell it was active there? Did the Mini-map show anything different? I found myself in Overflow in one map.

I visited a few towns. I didn’t see any population spike.

Right at Accountancy waypoint there were about 50 people.

I grouped with a buddy who was also in Rata Sum, and he appeared in another instance. I was able to right click his name and “join in rata sum” even though the map was not an overflow (ie. no overflow popup/message over minimap)

We asked around and people were from all various servers.

Again, no overflow popup or message on the minimap. We all figured it was the megaserver

Attached, a screenshot of rata sum right now. ppl talking about it being a megaserver

Rats Sum was probably full because it’s the location with the smallest distance from Bank to Guild Bank to Black Lion I believe, which is very useful for sorting out some of the new features today!

Such savings, very Ogden, wow!
