Increasing the drop on a non existing entity does nothing.

Now then, if you have an internal label for passion vines you should check that the external source is matching that.

Currently all we can harvest from is Passiflora not Passion Vines.

Thought this should be brought up yet again since it’s in the current notes as if they were copied and pasted from the last time you did this and it didnt work.

Or its not a mistake and the root (no pun intended) of the problems they’ve had in the past while addressing the same issue.

I would really laugh if all this time they continued to buff a collection item that isn’t even in the game (some place-holder item that never got used), while ignoring the one that was actually in the game.. Maybe one day the vines will make it in the game and have like 50% drop rate of the stuff.

Well in game, harvested all nodes possible. Same results as prior patches.
Guess we’ll have to wait for a dev response.

Would explain why the Devs keep saying they increased the chance but no one sees any flowers

Agreed. Devs wouldn’t openly admit it since it’s one of those ‘Wow you’re dumb’ kind of bugs, but if they fix it, I won’t care.

Just to add some substance to this thread, I did go around southshores karka area twice and did not get any flowers, but ended up with about 70 fruit or so. Drop rate may be better, but not enough to make any apoc gear for yourself in a reasonable time frame.

i was going to run it twice today on my characters as well just to get more data.

I really don’t think that they’ve increased the drop rate. Between 3 characters I’ve gotten 1 passionflower in 2 days of gathering. Either they really didn’t buff the drop rate or they buffed it by some miniscule amount that isn’t even noticeable.

Certainly doesn’t feel like a noticeable increase.

Ran through the zone twice today, Once on my warrior, Once on my Engineer…. Tons of Passion Fruit, 0 Flowers.

Where I live we have passion vines all over our fence and every fruit was first a flower. Having harvested soo many fruits on karka island, I figure it’s perpetually late in the season.
