Last patch notes I can find was Dec 3rd.

Do they not do them anymore?

That was the last patch, others where maintenance.

The dec 3rd holds multiple entries, including the one for the 5th.

Where there any changes/fixes this patch asides from the Wintersday event?

As Yargesh stated, the last patch was on December 3rd, other updates were only routine maintenance.

As soon as today’s update will be launched, you’ll be able to check the patchnote on the News & Announcement sub forum.
