Isn’t the minimum of each patch 45 mb? Could just be maintenance with no content changes.

The patch notes are now up. Head over to the “News and Announcements” section to see them yourself.
Guessing it was something server-side, or a ninja-nerf. There aren’t any patch notes that I can see, even in the “News and Announcements” section as mentioned above.
