So, in a recent patch Anet said “relaxed our anti-exploiting system for loot and events.” I’m still hitting the DR for events in under an hour. Is this happening to anyone else and is the anti-exploiting system something other than the DR on karma and such?

worked a tiny bit on karma, didnt do anything for farming.

you can do like 50 events in 1 hour… so yeah…

I’m not running into any problems with the DR. I guess pacing myself was a good idea, after all……

I’m not running into DR events anymore, so I think it’s “mission success!”

I know i’m not doing 50 in an hour but i guess i’m doing too many too fast then. Still kind of sucks.

I did the Arah gates event, Plinx, Champ Abomination and Shelter’s Gate and got DR.

I know the DR isn’t as harsh as before. Instead of dropping from 378 Karma per event to something like 19 Karma, it’s a lessly noticeable drop … somewhere around 350, and then goes down from there if you complete events too fast.

they just trying to force everyone to playing how they want you to i dont see the point in restricting players in such a stupid way

It’s meant to restrict\discourage botting, not people that actually PLAY the game. If people can’t pace themselves, and run into the DR, it’s their OWN fault, not A-net’s.
