Simply go to Diessa Plateau and take the way point named Dawnright Estate. Its in the center of your map. Travel slightly west/south to the cow catapult.

I can tell you having been out that way this afternoon that it appears bugged on Ehmry Bay as well.

Maguuma bugged for more than a week

Bugged on Maguuma too, some peeps were talking about it in map chat while I was levelling my Guardian there.

Your best bet, is literally to attempt this RIGHT after an update. I was able to complete this on Desolation, 10 minutes after this weeks bug update. It’s now bugged, but at the time it was working.

I am on HoD and this is the last vista I need for world completion too. Had been a week and I still couldn’t get it done because of the bug. Quite disappointing that this kind of progress blocking bug still exist in the game.

Ferguson’s Crossing is bugged as well

Server reset tomorrow, I’m sure it’ll be fixed then.

After a server reset the event basically works for a single cycle, up to the point with the harpies where it breaks. So for a matter of minutes after a reset every or nearly every server should work.
For example yesterday after the patch I got it twice on Gate of Madness and twice on Sanctum of Rall, but both ended up bugged within 7-10 minutes, depending on how long the initial portion of the event takes.

My advice, leave your character there by the cattlepult just before the patch and hope you can download and get back in fast enough. With a major patch the download time might make that impossible, as the event is likely to bug before you get back in, however.
