Pearl Islet

So I just re visited Southsun and noticed a piece of paper nailed down into the rock. It’s up the stairs behind the repair golem. Anyone know what it says?

Evil is evil. Lesser, greater, middling…makes no difference.
The degree is arbitrary. The definition’s blurred.
If I’m to choose between one evil and another, I’d rather not choose at all.

From the southsun event last summer. Poster inviting people to see the beauty of the island and a great place to vacation. There where translations around last year, could probably find them with a search.
