Penitent Camp Event
I haven’t seen this yet, but I don’t think it will be that bad. I do pretty well at Shelter’s. Do the mobs still keep running toward the camp after they are hit or do they go after the attacker? I ask because if they divert, it could kill the bot, and then they wouldn’t be randomly raised by people trying to get their loot. We could let them stay dead.
I do way better at Shelter’s Gate due to the non-invulnerable mobs there. The bots always got the hits in first and killed the mobs before I could even see them at Penitent, so I hope this actually makes it easier to get hits in.

Whose spreading false information? Move forward to where the mobs spawn and hit them there with the bots, what’s the difference between hitting them at the camp or where they spawn?

They now attack and change pathing before getting to certain point as before, ergo it is not the same as before. thanks.
Surely it’s better for the actual players then? If the mobs change pathing it means the bots can’t stand there and auto attack.

I’m with mattress.
Before, all the players and aoe would focus on one spot, and i’d be lucky if i got more than 2 drops during the whole event.
Now, I roam to meet each new wave and have filled my bags each of the 6 times I’ve done this event today.
The change gets a thmbs up from me
I’m personally noting a big improvement. Looks like warriors want all of the loot instead of just most of it.
They also changed Shelter’s to add slightly invulnerability and spread.
I kinda like the change but I’m not a fan of stealth updates!
It changes nothing. If anything the end location of the mobs need to be moved further away from the waypoint into more dangerous areas.
There are still stacks of Bots camping that area and can still hit the DE event mobs when they show up.
Or have some Veteran monster patrol that area and clean up some bots… bots might be good at auto attacking but they suck at running away.
