I was wondering if people that are just sitting on the log in screen are why no one else can log in. Can they put in a timer that logs you out after like 15 minutes or so. I think this is why people are having such a tough time getting into the server they want.

There is a timer isnt there?

I have logged out forgotten to leave screen come back hours later and still there.

I’ve had situations where I have stayed in game with no activity for hours upon hours, well above 10. This is in game, not character screen.

I dont know how Face but I do know I have been kicked out of the world for non play activity within an hour

When i am finally kicked for inactivity i am kicked to character screen which I have stayed on for hours. This is probably why people cant log in because it showing full.

“Full” has nothing to do with people being logged on or off. According to official word it’s being calculated based on total server population (accounts that are tied to that server, whether they are active at the moment or not). There seems to be other modifiers to this, but in general people sitting at the login screen do not prevent you from changing servers (or from logging in – there is NO cap on this at all, if the login server is up, you should be able to get in. If you can’t then either login server is down – for everyone – or it’s a completely different problem).
