Any chance that the perma bank or any of the other perma things will be unbound. with the price as it is now (3870g) it is unobtainable to almost everyone, but if it got unbound, alot of ppl would want to sell em, and the price would fall.
This price drop would only last for a short while. If you really want to have better access to it you need to improve the droprate.

Also ive got 4 of them (one for each of my mains) and now they are just collecting dust, as ive just put one of them in the shared inventory slot. Making the other 3 useless
- Since you bought four over a time when they cost ~700-1000 gold, it seems that you could have afforded the nearly 4,000 gold they cost now.
- Seems like a nice windfall for you personally if you could unbind your three extras.
- There are lots of other ways ANet could increase the supply (and therefore lower prices) that wouldn’t benefit just people who happened to own these already.
tl;dr sounds to me that this would be a great idea for the 1%, a bad idea for the rest.

I wonder if a lot of people would want to sell theirs. The people who own one are mostly the ones who were rich enough to pay several hundred gold to a thousand gold back when it was cheaper. Those people who paid that much did so because they valued convenience more than a fairly hefty chunk of gold and it’s likely they wouldn’t want to give up this convenience. They are also likely to be the ones who are already rich or who can make gold easily anyway so wouldn’t be tempted as much to sell an incredibly convenient item as the person who has only a few gold and gets one from a black lion chest. A person like you with multiples of this item isn’t very common and it wouldn’t be much use for ANet to design something for the benefit of the very, very few.

Yeah I have the same issue with the permanent salvage tools I bought through the Gem Store. Now that I have the Shared inventory slots I have 6 sitting in my bank.

They are obviously useless (and no longer a REWARD) for us Perma Bank owners, but I can’t bring myself to delete mine. Maybe Anet can put a new tab option on the “Black Lion Trader [Armorsmith]” and have it work like the “booster transmute.”

I just went ahead and deleted all my one use bank accesses. Like you said, they’re useless now to those who own a permanent bank access and account wide slots. Might as well free up that inventory slot. The odds of ANet doing something to make them useful for those who have both items is not likely. Not when they won’t do something for those who have multiple harvesting tools.

Problem is, if they do something for one thing, be it Salvager, tools, bank access, or anything, they have to do it for all items in the same situation.
They can’t really justify it otherwise, and off course, instead of doing it for all, it’s just easier to not do it at all then.
