Permanent Contracts, soul or account bound?
They are all account bound.

I thought the perma ones were unbound. I’ve seen them at the trader.
They aren’t accountbound until you double click on them to open up the package they are in.

Until you double click on the item, it’s not bound and it’s sellable.
