I want to buy this item. And I have looked it up on the wiki … but does this item always update with all new hair/hair colors when they are released in a new patch? Or is it what is available at the time you purchase it? I just want to make sure Im getting my moneys worth.

It will update because its just like using a regular hair stylist kit. It just accesses the “character creation” UI which is the exact same as the character creation (just limited to the hairs only).

Every new style or colour that comes out is available with the perma kit when it is released.

There was even an instance where some styles were released in the perma kit before they were meant to be.
