It seems that if the person using perplexity runes gets interrupted, they themselves will get 5 stacks of confusion based off their own condition damage. (just tested it with a basilisk monster w/ his daze…)

Anyone know if this is intended or if its a bug?

i did, it didnt give me the confusion
seems like a very kittenty way to nerf the runes, all they needed was an Internal CD on the Interrupt Confusion… not this

Seems hilarious, though the problem is that not every class has a reliable way to counter-interrupt. The proper way to nerf the rune set:

Reduce the duration of the 5 stack interrupt a bit (and make the +confusion duration work too),
Reduce the 5 stacks to 2.

if its reduced to 2 stacks, they’ll become fairly worthless runes imo

I just tested this with a fellow player from a different server, he interrupted me and it didnt seem to give me confusion

The runes were hotfixed shortly after they appeared in game, they actually used to cause this effect.
