Hi all,

I gotta say, as a veteran player I feel ultimately ashamed at what I am going to ask, but here we are anyways :O…

I had always thought that when choosing an option at the “Your Greatest Fear” section during “A Light in the Darkness” step that it mattered which one you’d pick, and so as a role-player, I would pick something that suited my character, but I have never completely noticed what actually comes from my choice.

I have searched the net far and wide, and even the wiki and I can’t seem to find what happens with each choice. I think it has to do with Apatia and/or Tonn, but right now I am a little confused.

Without spoiling it for newbies, can anyone tell me what happens from each choice please? Maybe having over 20 characters has blurred my comprehension of what has happened to each of my characters LOL…

Different level 70 story (everything before Battle of Ft Trinity. One involves Tonn, another involves Apatia, and in the last your reputation is almost ruined.

It affects the Chapter 7 story with regards to whether you deal with Apatia, Tonn, or Syska.

That choice determines which storyline you’ll get leading up to (and immediately after) the Fort Trinity mission. And yes, it’s the Apatia, Tonn, and risen mesmer story chapters that are determined by your choice.
