Two of my characters finished the personal story long time ago, before the Arah headpiece was added to the reward. Is there any way to retrieve the later added reward?

If they did it before the helm was added to the reward chest probably not. What was the name of the helm? Maybe there’s another way to get it. Or you can run another char through the story line.
