They can modify any monster or area not directly related to the living story, which is pretty much every map except for the currently explorable zones of Orr.

And no, Orr should not be cleansed, or at least the currently explorable zones.

There are parts of Orr that we have not been too. If they want to show a changing Orr, they can easily start with the other parts of Orr and not mess with explorable parts of Orr we have now.

I believe it was Colin, but don’t quote me, that said they were considering changing the Personal Story so there would not be this juxtaposition.
