I know you used to do the story with others, but I don’t remember if you can both get credit for it if you are grouped together. For all I know though you can’t even do it together anymore. So what I am wanting to know is both people get credit for it or if it’s still a something in the game.

You should be able to both get credit, so long as you are on the exact same step as the instance opener and accept the progress pop up.

There was a bug in beta where people grouping for the first HoT story instance accepted credit but did not get the mastery unlock. Hopefully that’s fixed, though I prefer to solo my alts through it just in case of further mishaps.
