DO NOT READ IF U HAVE NOT PLAYED THE PERSONAL STORY BEHOND LVL 60!!!!

After almost 3 years after I completed the personal story for the first time I tought It would be nice to lvl up a new character and play trough the story again since I loved it so much. But the story feels really strange now. is it me or is it totally screwed up. I remember doing missions the first time I did the story that I havn’t done or able to do now(also including different story paths).

Like before u battle for Fort Trinity u are supposed to help Tonn to get the Krait orb with magical power to protect Fort Trinity. Instead U get trown straight in to the defense of Fort Trinity (wich is also buggy as hell) and we already have the orb…

At lvl 70 u get to complete Trahearns Wyld hunt deep inside Orr (all the missions play out on the Cursed Shore map) and u meet some characters like that underwater butterfly wich seems to already know u. U also get to hear that u have freed all the previous kings of orr from zhaitan, wich did not happen at all yet.

Then at lvl 80 U get to hear that Tonns wife is still in sorrow (if I did not play the story before I would have know Idea who Tonn would be… And suddenly that underwater butterfly gets introduced to u.

I did not play farther now.. I’m on the lvl 80 missions after cleansing orr now I need to go to the Temple of the forgotten god. If I remember correctly this happends before u cleanse Orr.

Might be me but is the personal story Totally fkt up???

This thread will have some insight on those issues and I believe that patch is coming soon as well.

They changed it about a year again, when they put the personal story in chapter, and you can only do them starting at level 10. They took out “My greatest fear” plot line which consist of you helping Tonn, or 2 others. And the story are also out of order too. However, the good new is they said they are changing it back soon, how soon? I have no idea on thag

Unbelieveble they did this with the story man… what where they thinking? why would u screw up the game’s lore and story so much? currently I’m leveling with my buddy who’s going trough the story for the first time now. where @ lvl 40 story so I hope they fixed it before we hit lvl 70 :S

Should’ve been fixed within a week but I see it’s already taking more then a year! I just noticed it recently and it ruined my character build-up experience…

Well if we’re lucky maybe it will be added into the patch this coming Tuesday.

Will I be able to redo my story? cause I’m at chapter 8 now and between chapter 6 and 8 it was a bloody mess… ruined my whole Guild wars experience.
