In the 1970’s a guy made millions of real world dollars selling pet rocks to people. This is what he sold. Of course it did come with an instruction manual that was more or less a series of jokes that many considered the real value.

I was hoping to get in first with an obligatory, “The ’70’s called – they want their Pet Rock back,” though I see that someone already posted about the Pet Rock.

Growing up in the 1970s, I was exposed to many of variants of these, including many hand-made versions where people would take a simple rock (usually round and somewhat flat) and paint or decorate it to look like some kind of insect (lady bugs were popular) or other critter.

I dunno…. your still spending 5 bucks on a rock… then and now… except now, its a pixel rock…. meh.

I like seeing people be gneiss to each other on the forums. It’s too easy to start taking the mean posts for granited.

Some people take that fact that if you had all skills and traits before the change but for some reason dont have enough points post change you’ll lose things with the update. But the devs stated it would be about 60 skill challenges and being lvl80 to get all of the core stuff again so really the only people who have to worry are power levelers ala Eotm or tomes that never did anything map related.

Ah, okay. I power leveled a few of my alts, so I expect they’re going to come up badly short then.
Guess I should make a point to go skill challenge hunting while they still have all their skills then XD
