hi, i am posting in hopes that the phantom’s hood , can be brought back . Because of the changes to it, i would really love to have this in pve now T_T.

Most likely either Halloween or the anniversary sale. In the latter, it WILL be before Halloween, but only by about 2 months.

I want a hood that is fillled with the smoky black effect you see on the Fellblade skin.
