This says it is only available during Halloween.

If it’s been available for both previous Halloweens, then I’d guess it will show up during the next one as well. I don’t know for sure though.

yeah, but sometimes there are special offers….a few weeks ago you could buy the witchs outfit for example…
i was just curious if you could buy the phantoms hood this way aswell soon
