Phospholuminescent Infusion
As a partial answer here is a picture of someone using both a phospholuminecent and a polyundulating [teal]
1. Does it stack with Ghostly Infusion?
To date, all infusions stack.
2. Does it conflict with any other auras?
To date, there are no conflicting auras (except if you don’t like the combination).
3. So far only the condition dmg version is on trading post, will there be a power dmg version?
The power version shows up in the API, meaning that someone in the game found one. My guess is that no one is yet willing to sell it for love or money.
