Guild Wars 2

Hey,

I’ve been hunting for places to break out of the map or do other fun stuff with experimental rifles and such. Now I’ve found a few, but there are some I know of which I couldn’t find, and I’m sure there’s lots I don’t know about yet.

So, I’m offering 1 gold per interesting (e.g. not a tiny empty meaningless open space, you should look for something like the halloween area in the black citadel.) location, and a brief description on how to get there.
To start it off, there’s 2 locations I want to visit, worth a gold each to the person helping me get there. 1. In the Mai Trin boss fractal, it’s possible to find Frizz behind a wall. I heard it’s possible to break into the other fractal. How? 2. Fort Vandal in the Brisban Wildlands. I’m not sure this was fixed or not, but if it isn’t, I’d love to visit it.
Tyria, dungeons, fractals, instances (or ways to break into instances from normal world), are all accepted.
Lastly, I know about lots of locations, so if you give me a location and I already know it, I’ll mention that and I’m afraid I wont pay you a gold for that. You’re just going to have to take my word about being honest which locations I know of. Leave your account name so I can give you your gold!
Replying to this topic is an option for sending in locations, but in game mail might work better.

With so many locations to visit and so much to sum up, I’m sure it is. I’m not asking you to solo tequatl here.

There are several videos on youtube documenting the steps of how to reach the ‘special’ areas players can get into, as well as most of the void jumps that are able to be done.

My favorite is the abandoned/unfinished jumping puzzle in Caledon Forest. I’d love for them to actually finish it.

Yeah I really enjoyed that one, I wonder why Anet never released it, lots of money must’ve been spent on that JP.

They put leaps in the game to a. Target enemies b. Get from one place to another. If it’s content they put in the game, which we paid for, and we’re not gaining any sort of unfair advantage, in what way is it still an exploit?
An exploit would be something like use skill a with skill b, get unlimited HP. Discovering hidden content is just another past-time.

They are considered “Bugs” in Arena-Net’s terms.

For those of us that know about hidden areas, there isn’t much incentive to reveal them on the forums. About all I can expect is for them to get fixed. If you find someone in game to show you that is great, but…

PLEASE DO NOT bring undue attention to these places or they won’t be around in the future for people to enjoy or stumble upon on their own.
