I heard that 150 players is max limit on the same map.
I’m just wondering if there is any way to check how many players are on the map I’m currently on? When I try to taxi players in, and they can’t join I know map is full.
But at LFG system players sometimes say 90%, 70%, 20% etc.
How do they know how many players are acctually on some map?

Those percentages most likely refer to Silver Wastes maps and don’t indicate the map population, but the meta event progession. A 90% map is almost at breach while a 0% or 10% just started. You can see the event progression as a bar on the right side of your screen (ofc only in Silver Wastes while preparing for breach).

If it’s Silverwastes it refers to the event completion. If not, they’re just trying to make you have a sense of urgency to join. There is no way for players to know the percent full (I see it for teq taxis sometimes “90% full hurry!”)

Now when I think about it, I don’t think I saw anyone saying those percents for any other area than SW.
That’s makes sence to me now.
Too bad we can’t see list of all maps in the area we are currently in, and details about how many players are there + some option to join that map whenever there is free slot instead of taxi players in by party
