Guild Wars 2

hey, i just got Guild War2.
Can I play through the old events and happenings of Season 1 ?
Can I play through the content created from Season 2 that has already finished ?

Season 1 is not accessible anymore but may be implemented in the (far) future. Exception: some dungeon paths of Season 1 like the Mai Trin fight are accessible trough fractals of the mists.
Season 2 can be purchased with gems and will always be purchasable with gems.

You can’t currently play through old events and happenings from Season 1. This is something they might look into in the future but aren’t actively working on at this time.

You can buy the complete Season 2 living story set in the gemstore and play through the instances though. The wiki is also a useful tool to read up on the lore and about what has happened in the past, as you can’t relive season 1.
