So I’m barely going to get my first 80 soon and was wondering if we can still play all those storylines that were added to the game, such as the Battle for Lion’s Arch? I can’t find a straight answer but it seems once they pass they are no longer playable.

Not at this time. The episodes from Season One are not part of the Journal. The Devs will work on changing Season One’s content at some time in the future, but it likely will not be anytime soon.

Everything from the start of Season Two will be accessible, though (free if you have unlocked it during active Release, and 200 Gems per Episode if you have not). =)

Good to know Season Two will still be playable after passing. So Season One may be available again? Is that something they have officially stated?
