Guild Wars 2

I have a friend in Lithuania who wants to play with my guild and I on a US server. If I get him a US account, will he be able to play?

He doesn’t need a US account, he can just transfer.. I live in the UK and play on a US server, started off in EU and switched early on.

He can also play with an european client on US server. He just has to take a US homeworld. When he is from Lithuania it might be cheaper for him to buy in his country GW2 because of the exchange rate of the currency.
