There’s has been a lot of excitement this weekend about HoT. Customers like myself have also been watching the sale item list expand in the current gem store sale ending Aug 31. I just purchased HoT Ultimate to buy a few things in this sale and now I learn I will not receive the gems until after the sale is over.

Please extend the sale. Or give me my gems before it ends.

yea man, why can’t they give the gems straight away? 72 hours to process to counter frauds and as usual , innocents suffer the brunt of it too.
