Please, Let Elite spec locked weapons be good to use

I loved the idea of a Necro with a great sword, and still main GS power necro because its what I like. But that doesn’t stop me from being laughed out of 75+ fractals and Dungi runs. even right at HoT launch its seemed that every weapon under the rainbow was better for a reaper to pack then a GS

Im seeing it again with deadeye, I LOVE the rifle, but its trash in a PvE setting when compared to deadeye p/p or d/p and even d/d and i know it well never get the buff it needs to be great in PvE because of its gank potential in PvP.

I don’t know what you’re talking about. Greatsword didn’t start out very well on a Necromancer at the start of HoT, but for a long while now it is part of the meta builds for both condition and power. I often do Fractals with a Necromancer and GS (when I’m not using ©PS Warrior or condition Ranger) and I have never had the experience that you describe. Not even a single mention of it in all my pug runs.
