Guild Wars 2

So I was looking for an event tracker app. On the wiki i found this link : https://github.com/KuangEleven/GuildWars2EventViewer

Now i have no idea how to make this work on my phone.
Can anyone help me with this?

Also note that it was last updated around 6 months ago, so it was probably abandoned. You may want to browse google play for any other apps, though with the quick look I did, they all look very basic. I can’t even believe some of them cost anything or include ads while being of such a poor quality.
