Pls make GEM Shop Items permament
IF they kept every item in the store, the scroll wheel would be massive.
Also, people tend to buy items when they are only available for a limited time. Even if it’s going to return, they still tend to buy it. It’s the nature of the business.
You don’t need any of the items in the gem store. You want them, but they aren’t needed. You don’t need them to be able to compete in anything. You don’t need them to be able to progress. All of those items you are referring to are pure cosmetics. If you want them, you have to pay for them.
Buy a few Gems at a time and wait for the item(s) you desire to appear. Then, you won’t have to ‘spend all my gold or some money as fast i can’, when the items show up in the Gem Store.
Always best to be prepared beforehand in life. =)
Good luck.

Like i said. I dont have any problem with paying. I just dont like the time limit . I BOUGHT a full game so i want "all"items wich belong to the full game ( without event items like wintersday or halloween)

It’s dastardly, yes, but it’s a good business strategy. It encourages the “buy now” mentality, creates a sort of artificial scarcity, so to speak.
That’s not to say it’s convenient for the consumer, but I understand why they do it.

It doesn’t make it right, it’s rather slimy in a sense. They made these things they should keep them available. Not everyone was here Day 1 and not everyone has cash on hand to dump into gems at a moment’s notice.
@OP
It creates a sense of exclusivity and desirability, just them leveraging human nature.
Ethical or not, you should keep your eyes open of that type of salesmanship, as it’s used by almost every retailer, and can cause people to purchase things they normally would not. Since you express such strong desire, it has affected you as intended.
Most real businesses have specials where items are only sold for limited periods of time , and then you have to wait a long time if you missed out.
Its a common marketing strategy to increase sales.
Nothing unusual at all that Anet also does it.
Why can they delete things i already kind of bought just to make more money?
Because it’s their product. And apparently this model works for them and makes them money; if it didn’t, they wouldn’t still be using it.
I know that its a common marketing strategy.
But i already bought their game. . Again : I cant see why i cant get the items i want if i already payed for the permanent acces ( the game). I mean they are part of the game and i bought the full game so why dont i get acces to the full game i bought? Why can they delete things i already kind of bought just to make more money?
“I know that its a common marketing strategy.”
It’s a common strategy because it brings in more money, which is one of the goals of any business.
“Why can they delete things i already kind of bought just to make more money?”
Because ANet is a business. Their gem shop is there to make them money. If withholding items on a regular basis makes them more money than that’s what they’ll do. If you owned a business then your method of selling your goods would be the one that brings in the most money.
ANet may give it to you.
What I find a bit off putting, is the skin bought has only one time use, not unlimited uses. Then you have to buy or earn charges in game to use it again. That I find that to be an issue, where in other games I buy it and I can use that appearance as many times as I want.
