I wish to get a replacement quaggan backpack. The backpack I purchased arrived with a broken eye (see attached) and I am afraid it will fall off if I jump around too much.

I have searched and found no replacement/refund policy due to defective items

P.S. Its sooooo floppyyyyyy!!!!
