I find some aspects of the “services” at Vigil keep mildly annoying. Notice I said “mildly”. Yes, it would be nicer to have crafting stations.

However, the folk who complain they need to spend an addition minut or two hopping zones (to get to crafting stations in home cities) mystify me. They spend oodles of time posting forum messages, yet they could have SAVED time by not posting over-and-over, and just use their favorite home city.

I’ve always used Hoelbrak or Rata Sum as my hub, and never felt any need to use LA. Sure, the Vigil keep isn’t as complete as LA. So what? There are five other cities. If no one buys passes (I suspect many people will, however), won’t ANet get the message?

I’m not buying a pass. Waste of money. Never “needed” LA in the first place. Others may think differently.

I agree, I think whatever’s going to be the replacement for LA should just be an Asura Gate hub, and the services should be available in the cultural cities. This might actually make other cities feel more alive.
