Hey all,
Hope this is in the right place, but I noticed this ‘game’ in my FB feed today, using what seems to be one of the Norn concept art bits from GW1.:

I can bearly tell if this is actually the same image or not, but in case ANet finds this unbearable, I wanted to at least bear a warning… okay I’ll stop.
But seriously, just in case this is worth pursuing. The image is relatively distorted, but it seems pretty close.
I’ve also made an animated gif with the original image.

This happens a lot. I vaguely remember Gaile saying to email these examples to them and they take any necessary steps where they can.

Those facebook games sure love to rip off actual games. I remember a tank game that used in game screen shots from a very popular tank game. Immitation is the sincerest form of flattery I guess? Lazy knock off devs

It’s probably unlikely/not worth it anet goes off on these guys, but this sort of stuff enrages me. Stealing art is not ok, I would sue the pants off those people.

These kinds of games always rip off artwork. I had an add once for a facebook game that was using screenshots from Smite. It’s a pretty scum practice.

Update: Apparently they’re now using screenshots from ESO! Or that’s what I’ve been told. I, of course, only play gw2. Ahem.
