Now that we can duplicate the skins we bought at the gem store, is there any way to get a gem refund if you have purchased multiples of these sets (ex. if you have several Aetherblade armor sets or Marjory’s Dagger Skins)?

Yes, it’s possible. You’ll need to submit a support ticket asking for a refund.

You need to submit a ticket. Then they evaluate and you should get your refund. I sent in my ticket this morning. I purchased 2 of the phalanx heavy sets.
