So i already have the Avian 3 Pack, yet i am allowed to buy it again for myself….

Aren’t pets account bound now? why would I buy another one for me ???? 0_0

I guess what i am saying is shouldn’t they be a one time purchase on the gem store like perm finishers ?

They aren’t automatically bound to the account, you have to do that manually, so I suppose its in case people want to keep them in the inventory and not put them into the account bank or something and would thus need multiple copies? I dunno.
