Outstandard, the Marjory piece goes perfectly with the AC pants.

Ok these are my mix and match armors. Unlike a lot of people I do not worry if skin shows on them. Big deal we are not in the dark ages or even the early twenties where women who showed their ankle was wearing skimpy armor. Sometimes protection is due to movement or the ability to move from a strike. I do not like defensive armor I like offensive armor. Also If you are offended by it oh well I am not here to please you. Others may like it.
First is my Thief Chyanne:

I made Chyanne’s Armor to represent how people perceive the thief as an evil part of the game.

Third is my engineer Synthia:

I wanted Synthia to look technical but at the same time cool.

Fourth is my Ranger Fiona:

Her armor color is based on all the weapons she has she is also a white flying bird pet ranger

Well that’s all the Human Norn characters I have I have two sylvari they use tier 1 and 2 cultural armor so kinda didn’t think they were that mix and match as these.

Waited months for the Sovereign weapons to be available again, and gave my Guardian a complete do-over. Rasta!

Did the same with mah Necro as well. Quite pleased with the results.

Used Godskull weapons and a mix of Temple, Tactical, Whispers and Cabalist armour.

My thief and engineer. Thief is wearing a mix of Strider’s and Viper’s armor with Priory boots and just some low level gloves I liked. Engineer is wearing Strider’s pieces with the Krytan chest and a few other mixed pieces.

Finally, mesmer remake. Canthan style.

Dragon Jade/Ceremonial weapon skins, Whispers, Vigil, Devout and Seer armour.

I have been working on this look for a while for my necro Kaila and finally got down to getting the top needed to finish it. I have been calling it my celestial insect set.

comprised of:
~ winged mantle
~vestments of the lich
~zodiac light boots, pants, gloves and head gear

This is quite the collection of mixed armor sets I have, so I will list the armor pieces in a couple of spoiler tags.

My armor is the Honor of the Waves armor. Celestial and Black dyes were used. Icebrood were harmed in the “obtaining” process

Here are my main characters.

I used to have a ranger and an engineer to show off as well, but then the feature pack happened.

Got tired of the Norn T3, so I changed my Ranger up a bit.

Mine is simple but is the closest I can get to making something that looks like a bogatyr. Yeah, she is female, but I’ll remake her as a male.

Thank you! Very, very nice work on yours as well! I didn’t realize some of those armor pieces you use could look that good.

I absolutely love the tormented skins. Think I finally gave in and picked up the sword and axe for about 60-70 gold each on the TP after using the longbow for so long. My rangers were always primarily shortbow based, but I am not a fan of the Tormented shortbow design and finally swapped to the sword/axe combo just to justify the skins. Now I love the sword/axe on my ranger.

I still wish we could change the color of the purple element. I have characters based around orange, green and yellow that I would love to have the tormented skins on in their respective colors.

I so badly want to get the CM gloves and helm skins, but I can never find a dungeon group that will take it slow, stick together and kill everything. Everyone is all about rushing and skipping. Maybe another year or two (and another 4k hours) and I will finally get enough currency for one of those two items. :\
