Ok so this is how far i’ve gotten with it, if you have at least one cat in your home instance you get a skill called feline communication, or something like that, that’s maybe the first step.

So how to carry this out?
Grab a Spicy Flank Steak from the tp for about 10s, and feed it to the cat in LA next to the cooking station.

Second stage, you now need Frog in a jar, easiest way to get it is by doing the first heart in bloodtide coast(https://wiki.guildwars2.com/wiki/Frog_in_a_Jar) after you get the masterwork frog in a jar, then:
:get the feline familiar from the enchanted broom (https://wiki.guildwars2.com/wiki/Enchanted_Broom)

Now use the skill feline communication on the summoned cat (if you dont have the broom you can ask someone to use the broom’s 5 skill, this summons the familiar for 60 secconds)

After you summon the cat, you will then get the option to use the feline communication skill, use that, and then give the feline familiar cat the frog in a jar, it will now return the jar to you with a jar of souls. That’s how far i’ve gotten.

side notes:
The feline familiar now will appear in your home instance, along with that cat you fed earlier.

It’s unlikely it has anything to do with the mini.

I’ve noticed that the Bloody Prince’s staff, which summons a bat familiar, also offers feline communication with the bat. Probably something overlooked that needs to be changed.

Where is the Mini Feline FAmiliar, I thought today it would be in the gemstore or something. Please let us know soon how to get it, before Halloween is over. Would like to enjoy one soon. Starting to get sad and thinking I might miss out on the mini. Please let us know something soon. Tired of loosing game time by reading all kind of forums to find out some kind of result.

According to my research, there’s a fish somewhere causing the problem. This is what I found:

I thought I saw a mini cat familiar being sold by the candy corn vendor. I am not 100% sure and it was pretty high for candy corn price.

The only cat mini sold by the Candy Corn Vendor is Mini Zuzu, Cat of Darkness which is a different mini to the Feline Familiar.

I’d really like to know as well. It shows up in my mini wardrobe as locked. It’s not in the bags and not in the gemstore. I really want to get this mini so any info on it would be appreciated.

In the store now for 350 gems. 4 days remaining.

On the one hand I’m kind of glad that my guess was right. On the other hand I’m disappointed it’s not hidden behind some kind of scavenger hunt.

Easy enough to fix. Hand someone your credit card, close your eyes, and count to 10.
