Guild Wars 2

I am disappointed in this potion. Not by the look because i personally like the cosmetic upgrade but by the fact that a player cannot keep this cosmetic appearance in wvw,pvp, or dungeons. I feel like this is only a minor appearance change and idk why it would possibly cause a glitch or unfair advantage. Can Anet maybe record it so that we can use it in all instances? Anyone agree?
