Why is there no rune with power as main and vitality as secondary stat?

iuno. why are there so many precision + condition and critical + condition sets? conditions can’t be crit’ed!
I figure they can’t have every single combination or the possibilities would be overwhelming

I would rather have an armorset that had Power/Precision/Vit. IMO, there are plenty of runes – and if you’re using runes for the attribute bonuses, you’re not using runes very wisely – might as well swap to some rare gems.
